An Account Manager has lot of responsibilities from day to day which means that you are never bored. Your job includes maintaining relationship with already existing clients, demonstrating how our products work and being an expert when it comes to clients, products, and availability. Our company has had many of these clients for years, so it is very important that they continue to be happy with our products and services. It is not your job to force customers into products. Instead, your ultimate goal is to improve the customers’ understanding and provide them with the equipment they truly need. Someone who has great communications skills will be vital when it comes to seeking out sales opportunities with new clients. Our Account Manager will always be timely and efficient on following up with clients and always have a positive attitude.
- Previous sales experience
- Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment, juggling several tasks at a time.
- Maintain positive relationships with clients and grow relationships with new ones.
- Become an expert on all products, warranties, prices, and all clients in general.
