Application Support Specialist

We’re hiring a full-time, Application Support Specialist with experience providing first level support of 3rd party and custom developed applications.

Job Summary: The Application Support Specialist will provide support, conduct training, prepare documentation and assist team members in developing solutions. This position requires experience in supporting enterprise applications (Salesforce a plus) along with an ability to communicate & interact in a team environment as well as work independently. Candidate Requirements: • Experience supporting end-users of software applications and systems • Basic understanding of software applications architecture, – browser, web server, database • Strong technology aptitude, quick to learn new applications and functionality • Experience demonstrating detailed knowledge of application and business process a plus • Experience supporting user community with limited technical skills • Possesses good communication skills • Comfortable performing repetitive work • Works well in a dynamic team environment • Works well with various levels of management and user community
