We are seeking a highly skilled Azure Data Factory Developer to join our dynamic data engineering team. As an Azure Data Factory Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining data integration pipelines and workflows in Azure Data Factory. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into efficient data integration solutions. The ideal candidate has a strong background in data engineering, hands-on experience with Azure Data Factory, and a passion for solving complex data integration challenges.

Responsibilities: 1. Design, develop, and implement data integration solutions using Azure Data Factory to meet business requirements. 2. Create and manage data pipelines, workflows, and data-driven workflows in Azure Data Factory to extract, transform, and load (ETL) data from various sources into target data platforms. 3. Collaborate with business stakeholders, data analysts, and data scientists to understand data integration requirements and translate them into technical solutions. 4. Perform data profiling, data cleansing, and data transformation activities to ensure high data quality and integrity. 5. Optimize data integration workflows for performance, scalability, and reliability. 6. Monitor and troubleshoot data integration pipelines to identify and resolve issues in a timely manner. 7. Collaborate with other developers and cross-functional teams to integrate data pipelines with downstream data processing systems and analytics platforms. 8. Implement data security and compliance measures to protect sensitive data during the data integration process. 9. Document technical specifications, data integration processes, and best practices. 10. Stay up to date with the latest trends and advancements in data engineering and Azure Data Factory.

Qualifications: 1. Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, or a related field. Equivalent work experience may be considered. 2. Strong experience in designing, developing, and implementing data integration solutions using Azure Data Factory. 3. Proficiency in Azure services such as Azure Data Lake Storage, Azure SQL Database, Azure Databricks, and Azure Synapse Analytics. 4. Solid understanding of data engineering concepts, data modeling, and data integration patterns. 5. Hands-on experience with ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes and tools. 6. Proficient in SQL and experience working with relational databases. 7. Familiarity with data governance, data quality, and data security best practices. 8. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot data integration issues. 9. Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams. 10. Azure certifications such as Azure Data Engineer Associate or Azure Data Factory are a plus.
