CLINICAL APPLICATIONS MANAGER • Function as clinical SME ( subject matter expert) • Implementation and/or experience with HCHB (Homecare Homebase) is required • HomeCare HomeBase, Security account management, technical training and writing training and technical support documentation • Work on the project team to customize the care plans and processes prior to implementation • Make recommendations for changes throughout the implementation process • Provide hands on training on field and back-office application when needed • Business Analysis, Hardware Support, Clinical Application support including tracking, triaging and working service tickets, and project work • Provide direct support to facility product users and prospective users via phone/web meetings, and ticket maintenance • Help prepare product training materials and assists with facilitating training based on users’ and the organization’s needs • Provide continual analysis on workflow and demand to ensure that systems optimize productivity and accountability of users • Troubleshoot product issues and identify product usability issues • Provide implementation, technical, and training support for facility implementations and new releases, including installation of hardware and/or software set-up • Assists with the development and maintenance of policies and procedures for EMR, business & clinical software products • Develops a knowledge base for Clinical Applications Team to help improve response time and ensure adequate support is provided • Project Management (PM) skills will be required along with excellent technical proficiency
