Duties: • The role of the Communication Specialist is to plan and develop and deliver end user communication on the IT SM Project according to strict deadlines and within budget. • This includes email, and web content. • The communication specialist will be responsible for creating the layout, look and feel, and content for the portal using HTML on the TeamDynamics portal.
Required Skills: • Must have 2-5 years of experience • HTML
Additional Information: The program that needs to be supported is the implementation of a IT Service Management platform. We will be tackling the following projects: Service catalog and portal, knowledge managements, ticket management to include incident, service, and change, and asset management.
