As a member of the Survey, Test, and Assessment Team Services (STATS) team, the Data Insight Consultant will be responsible for the design, implementation, consultative support, and continuous improvement of assessment product and program evaluation reporting and analytics capabilities. The Consultant will work closely with a diverse and global group of internal and external customers to understand data needs, create/customize/configure reporting solutions, and consult on report use and interpretation.

Responsibilities: Enterprise Surveys, Reporting, and Analytics • Co-lead the execution of annual High-Performance Culture (HPC) survey, including survey design, implementation, analysis, and results presentation. • Conduct predictive analyses with historical HPC data and other organizational data (e.g., turnover, job satisfaction, engagement) that will inform future recommendations and actions• Support and continuously improve program evaluation programs, including the Global Workshop Evaluation (GWE) that is administered immediately after development sessions and Impact Evaluations (IE) that are administered 3-6+ months post-program, designed to measure the effectiveness of leadership development programs. • Create, maintain, and analyze multi-client impact evaluation data to derive insights that contribute to greater impact for clients and create educational/marketing materials. • Partner with the Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) council to gather data and perform analyses that will help define future DEI initiatives and directions. Product Reporting and Analytics • Design, develop, customize, continuously support, and continuously improve internal and client-facing visualized reports. • Create and maintain process documentation related to reporting, benchmarking, and interpretation. • Support delivery organization and clients in the use and interpretation of reports. • Conduct ad-hoc analysis of assessment data by request. • With other members of STATS, partner with Software Engineering (SE) group to transition reporting data sources from on-prem servers to Azure. • Co-create next-gen assessment reporting capabilities based on new Azure data models. • Assist in moving standard product reporting sharing from SharePoint to Pinpoint and the product/customer engagement software platforms.

Additional Potential Accountabilities: • Serve as a member of the Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) council, including designing and facilitating DEI sessions and identifying action steps for the Global Technology Group based on DEI survey results and feedback. • Derive, implement, and maintain operational test/assessment scoring algorithms participant norms, including querying/cleaning data, calculating norms, and updating parameters. • Execute ad-hoc statistical analyses and respond to I/O research requests. Additionally, opportunities exist to complete leadership development courses and to make important contributions toward a wide range of projects. Technical development opportunities (e.g., DAX, R, Python) and opportunities to collaborate on conference submissions may also be available as interest and abilities allow.

Basic Qualifications (These are the minimum qualifications you need to be considered for the job): • Master’s degree in I/O psychology, quantitative psychology, or related field. • 2+ years applied experience in an organizational setting. • Experience with designing, building, monitoring, and troubleshooting BI reporting solutions. • Experience with data visualization reporting tools. • Demonstrated innovation, customer focus, attention to detail, acquisition of new technical skills, and ability to navigate ambiguous and fast-paced situations.

Preferred Qualifications: • Experience working with stakeholders to conceptualize, plan, and execute large-scale survey, reporting, and analytics projects. • Proven experience writing relational and multi-dimensional SQL database queries. • Experience with Microsoft Power BI, including DAX commands • Proficiency and application of R or Python.
