Seeking a database developer to join our development team. The software development team will continue growing over the next few years creating opportunities to develop specialized skills in your interest areas and practice leadership if you have an aptitude for it.

Responsibilities: • Design and development new functionality • Work closely with other team members • Develop and maintain Microsoft SQL Server stored procedures, views and functions • Create and/or maintain SSRS reports • Use C# to create logic to load or extract data from SQL Server • Ability to gather requirements for reports and/or data import/export functionality • Monitor and tune SQL queries to be as effective as possible • Adhere to defined coding standards and best practices • Test and maintain software products to ensure strong functionality and optimization • Using ticketing system to resolve customer issues or requests • Planning and assisting with new product releases and launches • Working with customers and end-user to resolve questions or issues • Special projects/initiatives as assigned by the Director of Software Engineering.

Qualifications: • Bachelor’s Degree or related technical discipline • 2+ years of professional experience using Microsoft SQL Server to develop stored procedures, functions, view, triggers and complex queries/scripts • 2+ years of proficiency with SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS) creating a wide range of complex reports • Demonstrated proficiency using C# to work with flat files and bulk data is considered a strong plus • Experience using SQL Server Management Studio (SSMS) is required • Experience with Git and Azure considered a plus • Experience with Power BI is also considered a plus.

Daylight, Monday-Friday hours. Some flex schedule and work from home! No Weekends or Holidays. Mileage reimbursement is available at the state set rate!
