Our Digital Marketing & Automation Specialist will focus on implementing and executing digital marketing campaigns that nurture contacts, generate leads increase brand awareness drive website traffic, and expand the reach and impact of integrated marketing campaigns. You will collaborate on a day-to-day basis with the corporate marketing team as well as have the opportunity to work with marketing partners around the globe.  Our team is primarily based in Pittsburgh currently, but you can work from anywhere in the United States.

Spend Your Days:  Working with internal teams to gather requirements to translate business needs into technical execution for marketing campaigns • Researching and advising on industry best practices regarding marketing automation capabilities, testing & projected results • Assisting in building and executing marketing campaigns – activities include but not limited to, campaign flow builds, email/html creation, audience list creation, outbound landing page creation, form creation, media placement tracking, etc. • Working with the marketing team to develop and execute strategies for SEM and other 3rd party digital advertising programs • Developing regular performance-based reports and utilizes data to help analyze campaign performance, assess against goals, and optimize for ongoing improvement • Coordinating with digital Marketing team to ensure analytical tracking and performance • Assisting in developing and executing an ABM strategy in support of the larger marketing strategy • Working closely with the digital Marketing team to define and implement new functionality and product offerings of the marketing automation platform • Working with technology partners to understand system functionality and roadmaps • Participating in user forums, conferences, and other events to stay current on best practices and new product offerings

Basic Qualifications:  (These are the minimum qualifications you need to be considered for the job) • Well-rounded digital marketer with familiarity around key strategies and concepts including inbound/outbound, demand generation, etc. • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications or Business, or equivalent work experience • 2+ years’ experience in marketing automation/email marketing and SEM efforts or 3+ years’ experience focused on digital marketing • Solid understanding of performance metrics and optimization • Strong ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across the buyer’s journey • Experienced user of an enterprise marketing automation platform (Marketo, Eloqua, or similar) • Marketing knowledge of CRMs, preferably MS Dynamics 365 • High attention to detail, organization skills, and ability to multi-task • Well-versed in a website analytics platform (Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, etc.) • Well-versed in MS Office suite programs with intermediate to advanced Excel knowledge • Must be able to provide online portfolio, email templates, or other work samples demonstrating experience

Preferred Qualifications:  Working knowledge of lead scoring configuration and optimization • Some experience in Content Management Systems is a plus • Basic familiarity with Account Based Marketing principals and platforms (DemandBase, Terminus, etc.) • Experience with advertising on display networks and social media channels • Knowledge of lead scoring programs and methods • Marketing knowledge of CRMs.
