Full Job Description Director of Inbound Sales  Our inbound B2B sales teams are searching for the next top performing leader to help manage the team with extensive use of Hubspot. We deliver extremely attractive client value proposition in an industry of very few competitors.  Your primary responsibilities include building, leading and managing an existing and growing team of inbound account executives with extensive use of Hubspot. We’ll provide in-depth and ongoing training to ensure your success. Essential Functions and Responsibilities: • Effective leader promoting and supporting company vision, values and culture. • Lead B2B account executive team performance objectives including sales results and key metrics (closing rates, lead response times, etc.). • Achieving a superior level of client service & satisfaction through account executive teams resulting in profitable long-term client & partner relationships. • Accurate on-time reporting & procedure documentation. • Personal responsibility and accountability for achieving goals. • Active support and contributions to the success of team members and the organization. • Timely documentation and reporting. • Participate in trade association functions and other duties as assigned. Essential Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required: • Expert Hubspot user is a must. At least 3-5 years. • Sales management success – preferably B2B in ecommerce. • Coaching and training skills for developing people and training effective selling practices. • Exceptional organization, communication, training, coaching, and documentation skills. • Attention to detail and accuracy with emphasis on numbers (pricing) and reporting. • Excellent organizational and documentation skills and ability to prioritize workload. • Proficient use of personal computers, internet and Microsoft Office suite of software including Word, Excel and Outlook (or related e-mail system). • Experience with Jira /Confluence, Slack. • A high degree of professionalism and integrity and ability to handle confidential information appropriately. Education and Experience Required: • BA/BS degree or equivalent business experience. • Five-plus (5+) years successful sales maangement experience. • Must thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while managing shifting priorities.
