Looking for an Electronic Health Records (EHR) System Specialist who is responsible for support to the Electronic Health Record (EHR) system, MyAvatar. The Electronic Health Record System Specialist is responsible for supporting the Electronic Health Record MyAvatar system. The incumbent is responsible for training of staff in use of the EHR, maintaining documentation of processes, developing organization specific protocols for use as directed, developing forms, reports, widgets etc. while managing the ERH Tech Support function and communicating changes in functionality to users. In additional this position provides general computer technician assistance. We provide organizational management, advocacy, financial and administrative shelter to its family of affiliated behavioral health care providers so that they may focus on what they do best – serving their clients in a changing healthcare environment.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE: • High School Diploma or equivalency is required • Required: A minimum of two years’ experience with working with Netsmart’s MyAvatar system • Required: A minimum of two years’ experience with working with Crystal Reports and SQL • Associate’s Degree or higher preferred.

TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS: Requires an active driver’s license and a DMV check that is clear. Position may require travel in the communities served or state of Pennsylvania for position requirements 10-15% of the time.
