Field Service Technician

We are seeking an experienced and energetic, full-time Field Service Technician.
Primary Responsibilities: • Remote and On-site troubleshooting and support of UPS hardware • Remote and On-site basic troubleshooting of Server Hardware • Remote and On-site basic troubleshooting of Networking Equipment, and knowledge of OOB connectivity to aid in emergency repair • Desktop Deployment • Network wiring, including patch panel jumpers and documentation, wiring patch panel to endpoints, proper termination of network jacks to patch panels, proper wiring troubleshooting • Reviews Alerts board for alarms (NMS/RMM) via documented procedure and respond to ISP or escalate to Network Admins as needed. • Receive, process, and inventory client equipment. • Unbox, setup, and configure new computer equipment per client specifications • Remote and On-site deployment and troubleshooting of client systems, including but not limited to Windows/MacOS/Linux desktops and laptops, Android/iOS devices, Required peripherals. • Communicate with Clients directly to schedule On-Site time as needed. • Prioritizing issues regarding business impact • Collaborates effectively with staff and management.
Minimum Qualifications: • Technical Degree in related field preferred • 3+ years of relevant IT experience; customer-facing positions preferred • Pursues and maintains professional career-based certifications.
