HR/Payroll Coordinator

Location: Bridgeville, PA

Job Type: Full Time / Permanent

The HR/Payroll Coordinator aids with and facilitates the payroll and human resources processes for all 18 locations. This role provides administrative support to the human resources department as needed, including record-keeping, file maintenance, pre-employment background and drug screening, and HRIS entry.

What You Will Do:

  • Enter and maintain employee payroll records
  • Input, review, and audit timekeeping and other payroll related records
  • Maintain time and attendance records
  • Calculate and record payroll deductions (voluntary and involuntary)
  • Termination and other out-of-cycle payments
  • Initiate and track statuses of pre-employment drug and background screens
    Independently coordinate and communicate with all internal groups, hiring managers, and external parties (as required).
  • Benefit enrollments/terminations
  • Tracking leaves of absence (FMLA, Short Term Disability, Long Term Disability)

Required Qualifications:

  • PAYROLL EXPERIENCE IS REQUIRED
  • Experience with multi-state payroll
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree and/or equivalent experience in Human Resources
  • At least 1 year of related experience required.
  • Experience with ADP Workforce Now is highly preferred.
