Job Type: Full Time / Permanent
This position is responsible for the overall management of the HRIS system which includes report writing, administration, implementations, updates, and project management. This position will also be responsible for transmitting bi-weekly payroll.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities + Maintain employee database ensuring data integrity for the Workday HR system through security and audit reporting. + Provide daily Workday post-production support. + Develop reports and reporting mechanisms to meet broad-based information needs including metrics, analysis and reports to be provided to auditors. + Create custom and ad hoc reports including dashboards as needed by internal and external customers. + Assist with questions from employees and managers regarding the Workday HR system. + Lead project team members in ongoing Workday implementation projects and system updates. + Train and setup security levels for end users. + Support inbound/outbound integrations & SFTP sites for 3rd Party and HR applications. + Automate manual processes utilizing system enhancements and functionality. + Monitor HRIS functions to ensure proper functionality, processing, and report generation. + Perform weekly audits of HRIS to ensure consistent and accurate data entry. + Manage interface links with benefit vendors. + Monitor HRIS vendor’s client website to keep abreast of updates, issues, etc. + Review and transmit bi-weekly payroll in coordination with outside vendor with a focus on accuracy and reporting. + Manage vendor relationships to maximize service levels and monitor SLAs. Maintain a positive working relationship with internal clients, outside consultants, third-party administrators, and other benefit vendors. + Support other team members with projects, requests, reporting, etc. related to the HRIS. + Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications 1) Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, IT, Business, or related field required. 2) Minimum of 10 years of experience with HRIS system administration, maintenance, reporting, and project management. 3) Experience with Workday is highly desirable. 4) Excellent analytical and technical skills. 5) Proficient with MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) 6) Must be detail-oriented and extremely organized. 7) Excellent verbal and written communications skills. 8) Must be self starter and highly motivated to complete tasks and meet deadlines
