The Implementation Trainer reports into the Director of Implementation. This role is responsible for effective creation and delivery of Training and Quality processes for the implementation team. This includes monitoring training needs, developing, and implementing training programs, policies, and procedures to fulfill those needs. This role provides the Client Services team and leadership with expertise and guidance related to quality, performance improvement methodology and training techniques and software. Responsibilities include but are not limited to; quality assurance, on-ongoing training, and development of Client Services team members. Managing related special programs. Internal communication related to process and/or program changes. This role is the liaison to functional areas such as (project management, special projects, client services, HCM implementation specialists) to ensure that all new products/services and system capabilities are documented, training is developed and implemented effectively to ensure our team members are kept informed and able to service our clients in a high-quality manner.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities: • Ensures that training materials and programs are current, accurate, and effective. • Development and upkeep of Salesforce – Knowledge Management system content. Including maintaining a library of training aids. • Create and organize new hire and ongoing training sessions, and deliver instructor led training programs as needed to achieve business outcomes and effective transfer of learning. • Manage collaboration with stakeholders to perform needs analysis, develop learning objectives and design deliverables that meet the business needs and organizational quality standards. • Investigation of learning management systems • Provide confidential coaching/facilitation and work closely with all levels of implementation staff to ensure the integrity of the program and provides highly skilled feedback on staff performance in scheduled training and informal skills-based coaching. • Ensure implementation staff are provided with up-to-date knowledge of project related updates, processes, and procedures. Including SOP standardization and governance. • Lead the design development, and manage training sessions, based on the evaluation of the needs of staff and new hires in coordination with management. • Develop assessment tool to measure the effectiveness of training programs developed or administered through quarterly evaluation, testing, and assessment of program outcomes. • Leads and directs quality improvement activities that produce better implementation practices and more efficient operations. • Tracks and presents results of quality and process improvement efforts and ongoing measures of quality to management. • Forge relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure that both tactical and strategic goals and outcomes are met.
Minimum Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities):5 • Bachelor’s degree preferred with at least 3 years of relevant learning/development or training experience within an HCM environment, or combination of education and relevant experience. • 2+ years of experience in training with 1 year of Training/Quality Management experience • Relevant Payroll or HCM subject matter knowledge • Demonstrated ability to prioritize own work and multi-task. • Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing. • Proven ability to facilitate face to face and webinar-based training sessions at all level’s pf the organization. • Ability to exercise sound judgment routinely and independently in making decisions. • Demonstrated ability to take initiative and ownership of projects. • Demonstrated excellent organizational skills. • Develop and administer training schedules and performance requirements. • Responsible for adhering to established safety standards. • Must be able to remain in a stationary position for an extended period. • Work is constantly performed in an office and/or online environment.
