Intermediate Systems Administrator

POSITION SPECIFICATIONS: • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, related academic area; or Associate degree in technology field with hands-on information technology experience; or equivalent experience in lieu of degree • 3 years of technology experience • Working, conceptual knowledge all components of a modern systems infrastructure (networking concepts, the purpose of major networking protocols, security, etc.) required • Working knowledge of and/or scripting languages including operating system level calls required.

MAJOR DUTIES: • This position is responsible for acting a resource responsible for the work associated with Varonis and IAM SailPoint Platforms. • The position will function as a member of Information Security IAM team that is an integral part of a long-term IAM effort including deployment of a new IAM platform and consolidation of Varonis into the IAM program. • The primary responsibility of the position is the deployment, administration and support of the company’s Identity and Access Management solutions and systems, as well as the creation, maintenance and execution of any related policies or procedures which support the objectives and business needs of the Identity and Access Management program. The major tasks include but not limited to the following: • Provide primary support for the Identity and Access Management systems and related applications including but not limited to Active Directory, Varonis and SailPoint. • Install, configure, and administer the operating system, IAM applications and ancillary services and networking protocols, including installing application and server updates and patches as needed. • Perform IAM administration: file and directory permissions, user provisioning and deprovisioning, modifying user rights/groups, etc. • Monitor, troubleshoot and resolve issues as they relate to availability of IAM servers or the IAM applications (Varonis and/or SailPoint) • Develop and execute proactive routine maintenance procedures, including business continuity plans. • Perform task automation for common identity and access management processes: user certification campaigns, directory synchronization/user import/export, file system scans, data loads, etc. • Manage/monitor access reviews in accordance with established company procedures • Provide off-hours and on-call support as required. • Generate and provide reports and data to management and audit as necessary. • Create and update departmental, system and application documentation such as policies, procedures, runbooks and diagrams. • Assist with training new employees, associate level employees and/or interns as necessary on IAM systems/applications or the IAM program.

HOURS/LOCATION: • 8:30 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. (Overtime as required) • Warrendale, PA 15086 / Hybrid
