IT Application Analyst Support
Job Type: Full Time / Permanent
Summary: The ideal candidate will have Microsoft SQL, Tableau (will also accept PowerBI) Crystal Reports, someone who did Application Support for a truck dealer or freight liner dealership. A huge plus if someone has Procede Software Excede DMS experience. This is used in Dealerships, and it simplify processes and increase productivity for dealerships.
Skills: • At least 1-3 years of Application Support experience • Must have Microsoft SQL Server • Must have Tableau (will accept PowerBI as a backup) they are currently using Tableau • Must have Crystal Reports (Company has a lot of reports currently in Crystal and this person will be maintain these Crystal Reports while the company is migrating to Tableau • Must have good Application Support experience • In the beginning, this person will be doing about 60% support and 40% data analytics with SQL & Tableau. • The job will eventually turn into 60% work doing Analytics with SQL & Tableau and 40% Support.
Hours are Mon – Fri from 8am to 5pm (Must be on call once every 6 weeks) • Will have to travel a few times per year to different dealerships in PA and OH.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities: • The IT Support team maintains the computer networks, applications and components of our organization, providing technical support and ensuring the whole company runs smoothly. • Manage and respond to IT Support Help Desk requests • Data reporting and analysis for enterprise-wide solutions • Perform analysis of existing applications and software tools • Design and develop new applications • Provide end user and technical training • Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks • Responding in a timely manner to network issues and security alerts • Repairing and replacing equipment as necessary • Testing and implementing new hardware and software technology • Maintain compliance with all company policies and procedures.
Education and/or Work Experience Requirements: • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including ability to effectively communicate at all employee levels • Excellent computer proficiency (MS O365 – Word, Excel, and Outlook) • Experience with the following products: Crystal Reports, SQL Server Databases and Tools, SQL Query, Procede Software Excede DMS, ZOHO CRM, Daimler/DTNA Dealership products (ex. UptimePro, Elite Extra, Tech Service Suite), Business Intelligence • Experience using automated tools to extract and present data (ex. Power BI, Tableau advanced Excel) • Knowledge of industry-related applications, including VMware, Citrix, Cisco, Microsoft Windows Server, Microsoft SQL Server, Crowdstrike, Mimecast, Active Directory preferred • Must be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines, while maintaining a positive attitude and providing exemplary customer service • Ability to work independently and to carry out assignments to completion within parameters of instructions given, prescribed routines, and standard accepted practices • High school diploma or GED required • Associate or greater degree preferred • 3+ years of IT support experience required.
