IT Coordinator

Location: Pittsburgh

Job Type: Full Time / Permanent

IT Coordinator Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: • Reports to the Director of Administration and works closely with the Director of Marketing • Serve as point of contact with external IT service company to determine if matters can be handled on-site or if escalation is needed • Overall responsibility for firm’s computer hardware, software, and voice network systems • Provide support to end users on a variety of issues including identifying and resolving technical hardware and software problems • Training users on use of new technology and software • Purchase and maintain records and inventory of all computer hardware • Track and maintain records of all 3rd party licenses • Create and maintain procedures and/or guides that provide technical support to the entire Firm • Support the implementation of new solutions or applications • Evaluate and recommend new or improved technology for the Firm • Experience with website analytics tools • Working knowledge of search engine optimization practices • Experience with website optimization tools • Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development and constraints • Special projects as assigned

Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field • 0-3 years of experience in a technical support role • Excellent diagnostic and problem-solving skills. • Working knowledge and expertise with a variety of software, hardware, and applications • Team oriented attitude to help other colleagues and departments with technical problems • Strong interpersonal communication and relationship building skills • Ability to multi-task, prioritize work, solve problems and meet deadlines • Knowledge of internet security and data privacy principles.
