IT Help Desk Technician

Searching for a full-time Help Desk Technician to join our rapidly growing firm. Working under the Director of IT, the Help Desk Technician will assist with answering employee’s IT questions and manage requests related to operating system issues.

Duties & Responsibilities: • Imaging machines, auto desk, and O365 support. • Basic network & computer troubleshooting • Maintain daily performance of computer systems • Set up new hires with laptop, desktop, cell phones • Conduct computer refreshers • Respond to queries either in person or over the phone • Assist employees with general issues with their laptop and/or desktop • Direct unresolved issues to the Director of IT • Ability to assist non-technical employees with technical issues Knowledge & Skills: • Windows 10 & 7 operating systems • Computer systems and mobile devices • Microsoft Office Suite • Strong communication skills
