IT Marketing Analyst

Reporting to the IT Marketing Manager, the IT Marketing Analyst will be an important member in the IT organization and specifically, within the Sales & Marketing Business Solutions Group (BSG) team. This position will partner with the Marketing organization to develop, deliver, and support the marketing solutions that are required across the totality of the business. The IT Marketing Analyst will provide technical solutions for our marketing teams primarily centered around web, marketing automation, and marketing ops, in addition to demonstrating and applying strong project management skills, commitment to teamwork and using current technology and tools to enhance the effectiveness of deliverables and services. This team is undergoing major transformation reimagining how to best bring value to our business partners across the marketing ops spectrum. What you’ll be doing: • Identify user needs and work with IT and business teams to support those needs. • Assist in the implementation of new technology, process changes, and system enhancements to support the company’s marketing strategies and processes. • Support end users in the use of marketing platforms, as well as analyze business needs proactively. • Train marketing staff on using marketing technology products • Operate marketing technology products as an administrator • Analyze data, decipher relevant business impacts/issues, and present in a form that is clear, concise, and easily understandable. • Serve as an internal subject matter expert for our marketing ops systems, including Hubspot, Widen, and Wrike. • Develop, document, maintain and enhance workflow rules and business logic. • Support integration efforts in support of providing multi-platform solutions and analytics. • Design and run testing for our marketing technology platforms. • Analyze and recommend new marketing technology platforms.
