IT Support/Application Analyst
Job Type: Full Time / Permanent
Description: Work with the Director of Information Technology to implement the technology needs of the Two-Step Distribution companies and assists with making hardware and software related decisions to meet those needs. Coordinate efforts with parent company IT Department to address technology requests. Develop and provide support and training programs for end users regarding technology utilization. Reports to the Director of Information Technology. Key Functions and Roles Infrastructure Support: In collaboration with the parent IT Department to: • Ensure end-user support needs are being met. • Evaluate current technology use and needs and recommend improvements. • Assist with troubleshooting and identifying solutions. Business Application Support: • With the IT Director’s guidance, identifies, develops and implements processes to maximize user productivity. • Drives development and implementation of ERP system-related business process enhancements. • Implements business applications that support the department and company’s aligned goals. • Assists with ERP data management. • Produces ad hoc reports. End User Support • Reviews, prioritizes, assigns and resolves IT-related Help Desk requests. • Provides support for ERP incidents and service requests. • Develop training guides for end users. • Assists end users with problem resolution. Departmental • Maintains IT assets’ list. Replenishes assets as directed. • Assists in the development, management, and execution of project plans. • Manages assigned projects to completion. • Documents all implemented processes. • Participates on internal and external committees, teams, etc. towards achieving department and company objectives.

Education and Experience: • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related field required. • Minimum five years of experience in a support or analyst role of an IT Department.
