We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Computer Systems Manager who can assist with information technology systems and devices for our employees. We are seeking an IT Support Technician that is willing to maintain and address a wide array of technologies. She/He will work with our employees to create a positive experience, maximize productivity, and assist with break/fix solutions to minimize downtime.

Responsibilities • Serve as a first point of contact for employees seeking technical assistance over the phone, email or in person • Setup, configure, and troubleshoot software and hardware problems on laptops, servers, and other devices • Assist in testing and implementing security controls and technologies • Support and deploy Windows 10, Microsoft Apps for Enterprise, and other office environment software • Support and maintain networks, VoIP systems/endpoints, Microsoft Teams, and other communication technologies • Manage asset inventory • Maintain thorough record of events and problems and their resolution in helpdesk system • Administration of Microsoft 365/Intune environment • Administration of Microsoft Azure technologies

Requirements • Proficient understanding of computer systems, mobile devices, a/v, and other technologies • Ability to diagnose, research, and resolve challenging technical issues • Understanding of and ability to manage Microsoft Windows, Office suite, Microsoft 365 administration, Intune, Azure technologies, servers, Active Directory, networking, Exchange, VoIP, and mobile device management • Understanding of software packages, network/remote printers, and computer hardware • Effective interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills • Work in collaborative team environment, sharing and gathering insight from diverse group of consultants with a variety of expertise and experience • Motivated to learn, and be responsible for, many technologies • Comfortable and capable of working independently • Must have attention to detail

EDUCATION: 2+ years of college course work

YEARS OF EXPERIENCE: 2+ work experience

TECHNICAL EXPERIENCE: Active Directory, Microsoft 365, and Azure Services
