IT User Support Summary / Duties: • This is a Level 1 help desk role. • Take calls and email requests from all offices. • Hardware and software troubleshooting. • Password resets. • Remote connection issues. • Elevate issues to Level 2 Support, Network, or Security as appropriate.
Skills: • The ideal candidate has either some support experience OR technical knowledge plus some sort of customer service experience. • Experience of Windows, MS Office Suite, basic connectivity, basic hardware such as printers. • Strong interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills key.
