Manager, Campaign & ABM Programs

Our Manager, Campaign & ABM Programs will focus on leading strategic planning of our campaigns and ABM programs for the United States market. You will partner with our US sales team to develop campaigns and ABM programs in alignment with the ideal client profile and US sales goals and objectives. You will be the resident expert for campaigns and ABM programs and will be responsible to keep up to date with new and emerging strategies, tactics, and tools. You will be part of one of the best B2B marketing teams around and will collaborate with the team (e.g., digital demand, content, creative, marketing operations, portfolio marketing, website) to create defined demand marketing and ABM programs that deliver maximum impact. While this role is primarily focused on the US, it is expected that this role will collaborate with international partners to share best practices and success strategies. Our team is primarily based in Pittsburgh currently, but you can work from anywhere in the United States.
Spend Your Days: • Engaging proactively with US sales teams to understand sales goals, identify marketing requirements, and translate sales objectives into demand generation and ABM programs • Developing an annual plan and quarterly program plans to deliver pipeline and revenue goals for sales teams. Collaborate with marketing partners (e.g., content team, digital demand, creative team, portfolio marketing) to develop reputation, demand and ABM program plans and execution of the programs • Collaborating with sales leadership in selecting, understanding, and analyzing the account portfolio including how to prioritize and group accounts according to opportunity, buyer need, persona, industry, buying cycle stage, and propensity to buy • Communicating with and educating the sales team about new and planned marketing activities • Working with marketing partners and sales leadership to define and establish workflows (e.g., campaign personalization and execution, lead hand-offs) • Building processes and standardize integrated campaign and ABM program planning and logistics ensuring that campaigns are optimized to drive the desired results by measuring outcomes, tracking appropriate KPIs and creating an optimal user experience • Planning and executing with an agile approach, adjusting plans along the way to optimize performance and outcomes • Establishing, forecasting, and reporting against key success metrics, partnering as necessary • Working with internal partners to optimize the marketing technology stack in support of our demand and ABM strategy • Using buyer insights to segment and optimize target audiences, optimizing results • Staying up to date on the latest trends in B2B campaigns and ABM programs and educating others • Evaluating, selecting, and managing outside vendors (e.g., technology partners, data providers) that contribute to ABM ensuring a best-of-breed approach keeping us ahead of the competition • Providing leadership to Meeting and Event Planner to ensure that event plans are in alignment with the campaign and ABM goals and objectives • Managing and adhering to your budget allocation • Leveraging sponsorships and partnerships with industry partners to generate demand.
What You’ll Bring to the Table: (These are the minimum qualifications you need to be considered for the job) • First and foremost, you are a marketer, an exceptional communicator and have a strong understanding of the campaign and ABM landscape to leverage these programs and drive business results. You collaborate and work well with others towards strategic goals and KPIs. • Five or more years of related B2B marketing experience managing, measuring, and optimizing programs or campaigns (e.g., strategy, ABM, digital marketing) • Proven experience working on demand and ABM teams and leading programs to drive revenue • Proficient with ABM technology stack (ABM platforms, data providers, etc.) • Exceptional writer and communicator in B2B environment • Leadership experience • Experience in most of these key areas: 1. Developing campaign messaging and content 2. Web analytics tools and basic data analysis 3. Digital marketing planning execution and optimization 4. Project management 5. Sales or product development experience 6. Mapping content to the journey of the buyer or other audience persona journey 7. Familiarity with variety of inbound/outbound digital marketing, as well as paid, earned, and owned channels You may also have experience in a consulting or professional services firm in the field of leadership, HR, or talent management.
