MS Dynamics CRM IT Analyst

Job Type: Full Time / Permanent

This position will report to the Director of Operations and Technology. The position will assist in the daily configuration, maintenance, and ongoing enhancements of our CRM, reporting, and other core software applications. The ideal candidate will be well-versed in CRM administration, data modeling, and various programming languages (Jscript, SQL, and other programming languages). This person must have a track record of maintaining and improving applications that support 120+ users. The ideal candidate will be a technically savvy, strategic thinker who stays current on newer technologies and identifies opportunities to improve business processes, optimize client experience, and drive business results.

Qualifications: · Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, MIS, or related field. · 3+ years of experience managing a large relational database, CRM system, and other related business applications, preferably in the financial or related industries. · Strong business analysis and functional experience, including requirements gathering, critical review of requests, development, and deployment of solutions. · Demonstrate a positive ‘can do’ attitude with the ability to engage staff across a range of different business functions · Strong project management skills. · Experience in database development, ETL tools and processes, web API’s, process automation, security configuration, data model creation, reporting and dashboards creation. · Proficient in BI tools and report creation. · Familiarity with SQL database design, CITRIX, and cloud hosting solutions. · Ability to identify issues/opportunities and recommend solutions, ideas, and more efficient approaches. · Detail-oriented with the ability to rapidly learn and take advantage of new concepts, business models and technologies. · Excellent written and verbal communication skills necessary to create simple, engaging, and thorough training. · Motivated self-starter, capable of follow-through on commitments. · Flexible and adaptable with excellent ability to work cross functionally within an organization · Ability to train users and host department training on applications, including troubleshooting application administration/management and conflict resolution · Must be able to analyze and resolve non-routine business issues using independent judgement.

Primary Responsibilities: · Serve as the internal CRM champion and a point of contact with external software vendor(s). · Maintain and enhance visual layout, workflow rules and business logic layer to streamline and enhance business processes and improve user experience. · Collaborate with other departments to understand and document user requirements, as well as to manage system implementation. · Perform administrative functions including adding/removing users, changing security, managing data feeds, coordinating integrations with internal and external systems, updating data values, adjusting workflows, creating new reports/dashboards, etc. · Understand and communicate regulatory and compliance risks to leveraging IT solutions to meet business objectives · Manage the process of identifying and implementing system enhancements and continuous improvement. · Serve as a single point of contact for all change requests, collaborating with leadership to assess, prioritize, and implement changes as needed. · Writing programming codes and modifying existing software to meet a company’s changing needs · Examining written business requirements as well as technical specifications. · Create and carry out test plans for various applications’ upgrades/releases/new features. · Contributes to the creation of detailed project plans, schedules, and status reports, as well as providing updates to leadership. · Provide system training and ensure that users follow the defined processes. · Track and optimize user adoption to meet business objectives. · Provide end user support by troubleshooting and resolving system issues. · Evaluate CRM data quality and work with users to implement required corrections. · Stay informed on the latest technologies and tools and assess suitability. · Serves as a technical liaison between the firm and our internal IT department, resolving issues as they arise.
