Network Analyst

SUMMARY: This role will evaluate, implement, support, monitor, and troubleshoot the organization’s internal and external applications and software. This role will engage closely with the software development team to participate in dev ops initiatives, site reliability engineering, and deployments. A strong partnership with the organization’s quality team will be essential to track and evaluate quality metrics associated with applications along with maintaining documentation and training resources. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned. • Provide tier two and three support for critical business applications and software. • Perform root cause analysis and track application related issues in accordance with the organization’s quality program. • Work collaboratively with the software development team to assist in the testing, quality assurance, deployment, maintenance and troubleshooting of internally built applications. • Serve as the lead technical resource on dev ops and site reliability engineering initiatives and projects. • Act as liaison between business units, and software vendors to ensuring that applications and systems meet the technical and strategic goals of the business unit and organization. • Partner with business units to develop and maintain documentation, reference material, and training resources for the organization’s applications and software. EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE • A bachelors degree in computer science, management information systems, or related field required • Minimum of 3 years’ experience implementing, supporting, and troubleshooting enterprise network and applications, required.
