An excellent career opportunity is available for a Product Manager in our Pittsburgh, PA office. We are crafting the next generation of digital mobility management tools and looking for a Product Manager who working side-by-side with R&D, UX design, QA, Documentation, Support, Training, Solution Architecture, and Sales to build features that solve user pain points and that work for the business.
Position Responsibilities: • Support the growth of building out features that add value to our customers and focus on the product experience • Lead cross-functional teams to realize product concepts to delivery • Engage with internal and external partners on a regular basis to communicate progress and collect feedback as part of the iterative development process. • Manage multiple projects streams including creation of project scope, goals, work plans, timelines, deliverables, implementation strategies • Capture requirements and synthesize diverse information into relevant improvements to products and services. • Lead qualitative and quantitative user research initiatives for data-driven decision making. • Help build roadmaps, partnering with stakeholders and different team members (lead product managers, technical leads, engineers).
Required Qualifications: • Bachelor’s Degree required, Master’s Degree preferred. • Two (2) or more years working in an agile software development process product team • Knowledgeable in SaaS software, solid understating of software development life cycle, tools and process. • 2+ years of project management experience in a technology company. • Excellent communication – written and verbal – and the ability to modulate your communication appropriately for a broad range of audiences (senior leadership to development teams). • Confirmed analytical skills with experience turning data into meaningful insights. • Requirements gathering and documentation • Product Management practices and philosophy • Familiarity with planning tools: o JIRA, Confluence, Aha! etc. • Agile Methodologies related to Software Development • Exemplary communication skills • Has a customer-centric approach combined with a curiosity for technology, data-enabled decision making and fulfillment platform strategy. • Proven experience building trust and collaborating with cross-functional partners to achieve a common objective. • Proven track record to work autonomously while also taking ownership for actions and results.
