Product Manager – Digital and Multiplatform Sales Solutions

The Product Manager (Digital and Multiplatform Sales Solutions) role is a vital part of the team that drives product features and strategic initiatives which span all aspects of our business. This role understands all aspects of the advertising sales ecosystem, emphasizing sales workflows, insights and visualizations, real-time data platforms, and forecasting and planning services. Our product managers are autonomous learners, curious problem solvers, and team players who balance strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail. Core Responsibilities and Focus • Be the authority on seller workflows and how buyers transact in the advertising industry as a digital and programmatic AdTech subject matter expert, including header bidding, SSPs, DSPs, DMPs, ad exchanges, ad networks, and agency trading desks. • Work with the product team to execute the product strategy and roadmap deliverables while collaborating closely with engineering, success, sales, and management to bring solutions to market on time and within budget. • Perform competitive analysis, gather requirements, and author product requirement documents to design data-driven, digital and multiplatform advertising solutions across various product offerings based on client goals, priorities, and needs. • Mockup or model UI/UX, workflows, data relationships, and other feature requirements. • Act as product lead in different agile development teams, including sprint grooming, planning, feature/bug prioritization, requirement definition, and epic/story creation. • Manage a detailed backlog of all essential features and capabilities for continuous planning. • Track the product’s success and derive insights from data through queries and product analytics tools like Pendo (or similar) to justify your product decisions. • Contribute to a team of talented product managers, owners, and subject matter experts in the TV, digital, and programmatic domains. • Develop a deep understanding of internal product offerings and external AdTech ecosystem workflows, finding opportunities for performance optimization. • Advocate and educate marketing and customer-facing teams on the landscape, key workflows, and new product features. • Lead by influence, not formal authority – this is an individual contributor role.
Essential Skillset and Experience: • 5+ years of product management and technical experience in digital publishing, enterprise AdTech, and/or media buying. • 3-5 years recent experience in the DSP, Programmatic Media Buying, digital ad operations, or analytics in digital media across mobile, web, and connected TV streaming devices. • Experience managing Cloud and SaaS-based products, product management best practices, and agile development in a fast-paced environment with regularly shifting priorities. • Experience in desktop, mobile, or TV addressable advertising spaces across all platforms (web, mobile, CTV, Live Linear, vMVPD, FAST, and AVOD). • Deep understanding of the interactions between order management systems, programmatic exchanges, header bidder/unified bidder technology, Ad Decisioning Servers, and players. • Expertise in programmatic and digital ad serving systems, such as Google Ad Manager and Freewheel MRM, Xandr Monetize/AppNexus, SpotX, Publica, or equivalents. • Experience in building ‘version one’ products and ability to understand and deal with ambiguity. • Experience working with data modeling and behavioral targeting technologies. Exposure to data science, machine learning models, optimization, yield management, and monetization is a plus. • Deep knowledge of ad serving and media industry standards. Bonus Points • Expertise in front-end sales systems, such as Salesforce, Operative.One or AOS • Knowledge in Linear Broadcast, Cable Network, and Distribution Platforms is a major plus. • Experience in building ‘version one’ products and ability to understand and deal with ambiguity. • Experience with UI/UX is a plus. • Spanish Language fluency (written and spoken) is a plus.
