Location: Pittsburgh, PA
Job Type: Contract to Hire
- Lead staff meetings and departments heads
- Lead the Mon-Fri Zoom staff meetings, sending out updates, invites, etc.
- Creating processes (not a lot currently in place), manuals, policies, etc.,
- Dealing with residents within the community
- Depending on the current project, this person will be interacting with groups within the municipality such as; -Police, Code enforcement, Zoning, Public Works, Park Recreation, Sanitary, Community Center, etc.
Education & Experience:
- A PMP Certification is strongly preferred
- Entire Microsoft Suite; Excel, etc.
- Must be Tech savvy and understand websites/social media
- Experience handling multiple projects (2-3 at one time)
- Experience with developing planning documents
- Experience creating processes, manuals, and policies
- Excellent written and communication skills (will be interacting with several departments throughout the municipality)
