Job Type: Contract to Hire
Job description: • Answer multi-line phone system and receive clients, visitors, and other guests of the firm. • Announce or escort visitors as appropriate. • Field questions and requests from internal and external contacts, and direct to appropriate individuals or departments. • Provide excellent customer service in a friendly and professional manner. • Interact with all levels of the organization and work as a team to provide the highest level of hospitality. • Serve as the point of contact for security guards. • Assist with occasional administrative projects as needed.
