Job Type: Contract
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES: • Supports the organization’s employee sourcing, hiring, and onboarding programs • Establishes and maintains relationships with internal leadership teams and external staffing partners • Maintains company job descriptions and partners with leaders to update as needed • May post open and approved vacancies in appropriate recruiting sites • Screens resumes to identify candidates for interviews • Conducts phone screens for key vacancies throughout the organization to narrow the candidate pool • Schedule candidate interviews • Partners with Compensation to prepare offers aligned with company compensation philosophy and data • Supports the pre-employment and onboarding processes for approved new hires • Trains internal stakeholders on relevant systems and processes

Required Education and Experience: • Basic recruiting and/or general human resources understanding • Understanding of basic employment law principles • Basic understanding of laboratory business a bonus
