Recruiting Coordinator (#792)

Job Description: This position will play a pivotal role within the Talent Acquisition, Contingent Worker Services Recruiting Team by providing administrative support for the CWS Vendor Manager, Recruiters, Temp/Temp to Hire Agencies, Candidates, and Hiring Managers.
Position Details: • Hourly position based upon experience & skill level • Long term contract with possible extension(s) or hire • Standard support hours: Mon-Fri 8:00am-5:00pm (OT as necessary) • Telecommute – U.S.; prefer Central time zone Key
Responsibilities: • Organize and confirm virtual, phone, and in-person interviews for Temp/Temp to Hire Agencies, Recruiters and Hiring Managers • Post full-time jobs on multiple job boards and sites, ensuring accurate company branding • Update applicant tracking system on a regular basis • Update Smartsheets & Excel spreadsheets with a high degree of accuracy • Pull reporting and create Excel spreadsheets as requested • Assist with Recruiting administrative tasks and special projects as needed
Requirements: • 1 year of Recruiting Coordinator experience or related experience as a Vendor Management or Project Coordinator • 2 years’ experience working in a high-volume, fast-paced business environment • Able/willing to work 8AM to 5PM Central Time Zone • Associates Degree preferred • Excellent computer skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint) • Experience working within Applicant Tracking Systems • Experience working within Smartsheets (preferred) • Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task • Polished written/verbal communication skills Physical Demands: • The team member will be regularly required to sit, stand, walk, talk, hear, and reach using feet, legs, back, arms and hands. • Specific vision requirements include the ability to use close vision, distance vision, color vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus. • The team member will be required to work at a personal computer. • Must possess the ability to detect auditory and/or visual alarms and be available to work extended/flexible hours and weekends as needed.
