Sales Director

Location: Slippery Rock, PA

Job Type: Full Time / Permanent

Responsibilities:

  • Learn our products and services, the full sales cycle, including demos, contracts and proposals, and document new sales processes as they are implemented
  • Create and execute national sales strategy
  • Drive revenue growth for sales department by hiring, developing, leading, and growing our sales team
  • Implement sales territories and/or sales specialization roles (SDR, Sales Assoc, etc.)
  • Develop and deliver sales quotas and forecasts
  • Collaborate with product, marketing, support teams to execute sales strategies and tactics designed to land new clients
  • Monitor competition and revise sales strategy accordingly
  • Be able to travel 25% of time to high end client meetings, conferences, trade shows, user groups, etc.

Experience:

  • SaaS selling experience
  • Knowledge of EMS industry
  • 5+ years sales experience
  • 1+ years leading a successful sales team
  • Strong oral presentation skills
  • History of quota attainment in a comparable role
  • Experience owning, driving and upselling on key accounts
  • Proven experience initiating, developing & closing enterprise sales deals
  • Strong sales process discipline with emphasis on accurate forecasting
  • Understanding of the sales gap analysis process
  • Consultative selling experience
