Sales Engineer

We are currently looking for a Sales Engineer who would be expert in showcasing technology products to existing and prospective clients and supporting account executives and sales team in acquiring new business opportunities. This is a full-time position at our corporate office in Pittsburgh, PA (Robinson Township), reporting to our Director of Product Strategy and Management.

Position Responsibilities: • Preparing and developing technical presentations, in-depth product demonstration to existing or prospective customers. • Provides expertise and support to sales teams to communicate products feature, unique value proposition • Collaborating with the product, engineering, or research and development departments of the company to determine how company’s products could be made or modified to suit the needs of the customer • Work with application support teams to ensures that customer needs are met, via product configuration • Support in product/technical showcase of Aires products for client RFP / RFI responses • Presenting the product features to customers at events such as conferences and seminars • Training other members of the sales team on the technical aspects of the company’s technology products • Assists with research and development of new products and provide sales / customer perspective • Develop competence as a subject matter expert and industry expert.

Required Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in engineering or field related to products sales preferred. • Technical background with understanding and/or hands-on experience in software development and web technologies • The ability to relate technical information to non-technical customers. • Proven Writing Skills: business plans, proposals, value propositions, marketing collateral, RFPs, etc. • Proven Verbal Skills: product presentations, technical demo, technology sales pitch, proposals, etc. • Ability to travel domestically up to 50% of time Additional Qualifications: • Familiarity with the Mobility/Relocation industry • Experience in sales & technology field • Excellent customer service and administrative skills • Computer literacy with MS Office products, and ability to grasp proprietary software • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple competing tasks • Ability to follow policies and procedures • Can-do attitude • Genuine desire to help others • Team oriented mindset, with a strong sense of care and urgency • Desire to embrace our core values: Client Focus, Results, Responsibility & Accountability, Collaboration and Innovation.
