Sales Leader – Commercial
Job Type: Full Time / Permanent
In this role, you will: * Own the market development and revenue for the Commercial sector of the business. This will include critical infrastructure (utility, data center), medical (primarily imaging), and other markets that require protection from HEMP/EMP events and magnetic interference. * Build relationships with both end users and contractors. * Responsible for consulting with external customers to provide technical expertise regarding the design, customization, implementation, and account management products and services * Develop relationships with key shielding industry subject matter experts and architects to drive specification of solutions * Lead the technical discussions in client meetings across multiple levels and disciplines to identify business and technical needs, issues, and priorities * Analyze customer mission, business, and technical challenges and requirements * Identify and qualify opportunities that can be delivered by our product portfolio and technical skillset * Prepare proposals, presentations, or bids, including developing pricing * Work closely with the Program Management team to nurture customer relationships post order * Additional duties as assigned.
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, related field, or equivalent practical experience required. 3 or more years of experience in a similar role. Highly motivated and self-directed with the ability to work well independently and with a team. Exceptional presentation, and relationship-building skills. Comfortable operating independently. Travel between 25-50%. Remote locations are acceptable. *Director or VP level experience preferred*
