Salesforce Administrator

As Salesforce Administrator, you’ll play a critical role in improving and scaling our sales operations to help the company effectively and efficiently serve our quickly growing customer base.
What This Role Will Do: • Lead management of our critical sales tools, specifically Salesforce • Maintain Salesforce platform, supporting all company users to use Salesforce as efficiently as possible. • Identify opportunities for improvement by researching best practices and staying updated on the platform’s new tools, capabilities, and updates. • Implement changes to improve functionality of Salesforce for all users. • Research and support the building of integrations between Salesforce and other company platforms. • Set up dashboards and reports, both in CRM and other sales tools, to track sales operations and performance, and identify areas for improvement. • Identify, build, and manage additional non-CRM sales tools and systems that enable efficient sales and cross-functional collaboration. • Train sales team to utilize sales tools and systems to increase sales productivity and performance, including CRM and additional sales tools, • Support cross-functional post-sales fulfillment efforts, • Work with Finance, Customer Success, and Development teams to improve post-sales fulfillment processes within Salesforce. • Coordinate with Finance and Customer Success throughout the sales season to ensure timeliness and accuracy of post-sales fulfillment activities. • Work closely with Development to assess and build necessary cross-functional system integrations.
What You’ll Bring to the Role: • 3+ years of work experience in business, sales, or education technology as a Salesforce administrator. • Deep knowledge of Salesforce. • Ability to take ownership of projects from planning through to execution. • Proficiency in Excel, data analysis, secondary research. • Strong attention to detail, and superior organizational skills • Ability to multitask and prioritize to manage multiple projects on tight timelines. • Commitment to our mission of ensuring that all students learn and love math. • Desire to join an entrepreneurial, fast-paced environment at a high-growth organization.
Location: This role is remote; however you may be required to travel for business and team building meetings.
