Your key responsibilities: • Lead the Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O development team and champion the technical areas of our largest customer projects • Develop solutions for Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O and industry specific products and add-ons • Review existing and new X++ code based on performance aspects and best practices • Responsible for code merges and deployments to productive systems • Support our customer service team by analyzing and debugging problems that were reported by customers • Coordinate project-relevant developer teams • Act as a mentor and coach for other developers • Recognized subject matter expert who functions as an advisor at the management level.

Your profile: • BS, preferably higher, in Computer Science, Information Systems or Engineering • 6+ years of experience in X++ development—required • Minimum of two full lifecycle ERP implementations leading a technical workstream • Experience with LCS, Azure DevOps and Visual Studio • Experience with source control and Azure DevOps build and release pipelines • Experience with ISV solutions – a plus • Language: Excellent English, German—a plus • Able to work independently and take personal responsibility • Experience mentoring junior developers— a plus • Capacity for conceptual and analytical thinking • Team player.
