We’re looking for an innovative, customer-focused Sr. Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our HR team in our Pittsburgh, PA office with the option to be hybrid.
SUMMARY: This position is responsible for all recruiting across the US, Canada, and partnering with regional HR Partners and Agencies to attract candidates in EMEA and the UK, with the ability to identify and attract talent to a SaaS organization. You will be working closely with hiring managers, HR Business Partners, and other members of our team to attract and hire top talent across the business with the opportunity to participate in and lead our transition to a fully stand-alone organization, inclusive of all HR functions and more specifically the Talent Acquisition function of the organization.
Core Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: • Sources, screens, interviews, and schedules candidates from both internal and external sources ensuring that recruiting practices comply with EEO and ADA guidelines. • Develops applicant flow for key positions. Develops and implements sources for applicants using internet sourcing, employee referral programs, job fairs, trade fairs, associations, etc. • Utilizes advertisements in appropriate media and trade journals and social networking sites to attract candidates for all positions as needed. • Participate in and attend job fairs, networking events as a means to obtain a strong pipeline of candidates and to effectively meet hiring needs and business initiatives. • Consults with Manager and HRBP’s on current and future staffing needs for key or high-level professional positions to identify job requirements, potential applicants, and interview guides proactive • Provide Hiring Manager training and counseling on Talent Acquisition related information to increase Hiring Manager skills.
REQUIRED SKILLS: • Minimum 5-7 years of recruiting experience – Specific focus on technology and sales sourcing and hiring required • Qualified candidates must have in-house corporate recruitment experience to be considered • Qualified candidates must have demonstrated prior experience recruiting a wide variety of positions within a hi-tech environment to be considered – Experience in the Print industry would be a HUGE plus • Experience working with recruiting techniques and employment policies and procedures, including EEO and ADA regulations • Strong experience working with social media, LinkedIn and other networking applications required. • Strong ATS skills, preferably with prior involvement in the scope, build-out and implementation of a new system. • Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint • High volume recruiting experience strongly preferred. • Excellent research/sourcing skills. Including use of Boolean, LinkedIn and alternative search techniques. • Ability to deliver results across a team environment, and effectively manage and prioritize multiple projects and candidates in a high-volume environment. • Good interpersonal skills and ability to network and represent the organization with potential candidates. • Ability to understand business needs and build relationships at all levels of the organization to understand and identify the right talent fit.
