Job Type: Full Time / Permanent
This position will be responsible for facilitating changes and upgrades in ServiceNow and provide direct support for the Service Desk Manager. The location for this role will be in our Troy, MI office or remote.
ServiceNow Manager Job Responsibilities: • Design, develop, build, and support the organization’s ServiceNow instance built around the ITIL service management methodology (service strategy, design, transition, operations and continual service improvement • Work with end-users to administrate workflows, implement add-ons, test systems, and perform problem resolution • Create, monitor, modify, and publish Service Catalog, CMDB, and ticket templates • Support accurate Incident and Request Management information capture, prioritization and ensure completion within SLA timeframes • Monitor tickets within ITSM ensuring fast & accurate resolution • Manage ServiceNow releases including communication with the end-user community • Provide quality assurance, training, documentation, and reporting that promotes continual service improvement • Comply with Core Values and Core Competencies • Perform other duties as assigned by management
Qualification Requirements: • Associates degree in IT required. • Bachelor’s degree in IT preferred. • Minimum of 2 years’ experience working with ServiceNow required. • Previous experience as an admin preferred. • Must take initiative to learn, understand process/workflow • Excellent troubleshooting skills
