We are looking for a SharePoint Develop (Sr. Consultant) to join our growing team. A SharePoint Developer will leverage their business and technical knowledge to develop complex solutions using data-intensive code, while also working with business and technical teams to understand business strategy, support, and drive solutions development.

Other duties may be assigned to meet business needs. • Design, develop, and implement advanced features using pre-approved programming languages that meet or exceed the needs of the Client. • Participate in all Scrum/Agile ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Sprint Reviews, Daily Stand Ups, etc. • Ability to organize and lead business requirements gathering sessions and translate those requirements into technical specifications • Understanding of QA testing processes in a data warehouse environment • Ability to manage and lead team directives toward established goals.

Supervisory Responsibilities: None

Education and Experience: • Bachelor’s degree in healthcare or computer science-related field preferred, but not necessary. • 5+ years of progressive experience in Microsoft Office technologies • 3+ years of experience with Office 365 (SharePoint, Teams) • 3+ years experience in data analytics on any data warehouse (Oracle, SQL, Google Cloud, AWS, etc.) • 1+ years of consulting experience or experience in a business-facing role. • Healthcare, Retail, or Banking experience a plus • Experience mentoring and/or leading people is a plus.

Work Environment: • Hours of work and days are generally Monday through Friday. Specific business hours are dependent on client operating hours. This role allows for flexibility to work from home several days per week, dependent on client approval.

Physical Demands: • Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time. • The person in this position needs to occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, library stacks, office machinery, etc. • Constantly operates a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as a calculator, copy machine, and printer. • The person in this position frequently communicates with clients and coworkers. Must be able to exchange accurate information in these situations.
