Solution Engineer / Technical Support
Location: Pittsburgh, PA
Job Type: Contract to Hire
- Will be preparing & deploying machines.
- Will also be providing end user/help desk support in the office about 75% and traveling to client sites about 25%.
- Will need experience with Windows Desktop applications, MS Office 365, & Workstation experience.
- Should have some kind of ticketing experience. The company currently uses Auto Task, but any ticketing system is ok.
- Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
- Must have good phone and communication skills.
- MSP experience is strongly preferred (basically a must have)
