Solution Engineer / Technical Support

Location: Pittsburgh, PA

Job Type: Contract to Hire


  • Will be preparing & deploying machines.
  • Will also be providing end user/help desk support in the office about 75% and traveling to client sites about 25%.


  • Will need experience with Windows Desktop applications, MS Office 365, & Workstation experience.
  • Should have some kind of ticketing experience. The company currently uses Auto Task, but any ticketing system is ok.
  • Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
  • Must have good phone and communication skills.
  • MSP experience is strongly preferred (basically a must have)
