Job Summary: We are seeking a talented and experienced Lead Business Analyst with a passion for data and technology to join our team and service our banking/financial services industry client. In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing complex business problems, identifying opportunities for improvement, and developing solutions that leverage data. You will work closely with stakeholders across the organization to understand their needs and translate them into actionable insights that drive business results.

Responsibilities: • Partner with business stakeholders to understand their goals, identify opportunities for improvement, and develop recommendations for data-driven solutions. • Analyze complex business problems and design solutions that address root causes and provide measurable business value. • Create and manage project plans, timelines, and budgets for data and technology initiatives. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, product management, and operations, to deliver successful projects that meet business needs. • Mentor and train junior team members to help them develop their skills and expertise. • Stay up-to-date on emerging trends in data analysis and Google technologies and recommend innovative solutions that drive business value.

Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., business, finance, data science, computer science) required. Advanced degree preferred. • 8+ years of experience as a business analyst, data analyst, or similar role in the banking/financial services industry. • Strong knowledge of Google technologies, including Google Cloud Platform, BigQuery, and Data Studio is preferred but not required. • Proven experience in analyzing large datasets and developing data visualizations that drive business value. • Demonstrated ability to lead projects and collaborate with cross-functional teams. • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to clearly and concisely communicate complex information to stakeholders at all levels of the organization. • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think creatively to identify innovative solutions. • Demonstrated ability to solicit and translate requirements.
