• Your background and skills likely include three (3) or more years of O365 including Skype for Business/Teams projects. • A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, MIS or related field Business and Technical Attributes • Design test scenarios/cases for Office 365 (Teams, Exchange, SharePoint, DMS), Microsoft Office, Microsoft Windows 10, and other digital workplace solutions. • Deep Understanding of voice/video communications within Teams • Extensive Experience designing and leading migration projects to Teams (from Skype, SharePoint/OneDrive, and Enterprise Voice) • Microsoft Teams and Groups administration • SharePoint Online and OneDrive administration • Familiarity with the underlying service architecture of Microsoft Teams including performance optimization, reporting, Call Quality Dashboards (CQD), etc. • Partner with engineering teams to understand requirements. • Develop testing scopes and schedules for projects. • Collaborate regularly with internal and external stakeholders to meet project objectives. • Provide regular status updates regarding accomplishments, top priorities, and risks/issues. • Provide hands-on technical expertise, develop documentation and provide training for other members of your team. • Ability to express difficult and complex concepts clearly and concisely both orally and in writing. – • Ability to write clear, logical reports, and instructions. • Works independently on assigned projects. • Work effectively & cooperatively with administrators, staff, users, project consultants & vendors. • Meet established priorities and schedules. • Familiarity with the underlying service architecture of Microsoft Teams • Understanding App Protection Policies and Azure Conditional Access Policies • Understanding of Group Policy Objects (GPO) and security controls. • Deep understanding of all Office 365 application’s functionality and governance. • Ability to develop PowerShell test automation scripts. • Familiarity with Teams Apps, Teams Bots, and Power Apps • Familiarity with related compliance solutions such as Teams DLP & Communication Compliance Nice to Have Attributes • Comfortable in .Net stack, including C#, ASP.Net and WebAPI. • Expertise in HTML5, CSS, JavaScript across multiple libraries. • Experience with Exchange Unified Communications
