Technical Project Manager

We are seeking a highly driven Technical Project Manager to join our growing team. You will be responsible for leading our system and data integration initiatives with our life sciences business partners. You will serve as the liaison between the Technical team and the Key Account Managers for Life Science. We are looking for a Technical Project Manager who can lead new customer integrations of our Software as a Service (SaaS) offering with the hub service vendors. What You’ll Do:  Work closely with the Key Account Managers for Life Science and Technical teams. Effectively communicate technical matters related to implementations of clients and internal partners. Develop, monitor, and report on project plans with clearly defined milestones, timelines, and dependencies  Manage and communicate prioritization and risk effectively.  Lead the technical integrations team partnering with hub service vendors focused on effective & efficient execution  Most importantly, find new and innovative ways to improve the implementation process for our clients and partners

About You:  Experience managing externally facing information technology projects. Particularly Software as a Service (SaaS) new customer integrations.  Requires strong client-facing and analytical skills to ensure successful implementations.  Strong verbal and written communications skills for effective collaboration with a variety of stakeholders and team members.  PMP, PMI-ACP, CSM, certification desired  Experience in Change-Driven Project Life Cycle (Agile) and Plan-Driven Project Life Cycle (Waterfall) methodologies  Experience with cloud collaboration tools including the Atlassian suite (Jira & Confluence), Google Workspace and Microsoft Office Suite.  A focus on team building, collaboration and continuous improvement.

Education:  Bachelor’s Degree.
