Tier II Tech Support
Job Type: Contract
Seeking a contractor to work 100% remote supporting enterprise applications like: MS Teams, Office 365, MS Web mail, outlook, and one drive.
• 2-3 years experience supporting MS applications • Working knowledge and experience with the following: • MS Teams • Office 365 • Outlook • Web Mail • One Drive • Experience supporting and training end users “remotely” or “virtually” on MS Applications. • Excellent organization skills • Self-motivated and reliable • Excellent customer service and support skills. • Person should have a combination of support and administration skills
• Technical support experience – understanding how to escalate an issue or request if required • Occasional visit to the campus if required, estimated a hand full of times per year.
