Trainer / Help Desk

Trainer / Help Desk Summary: – Learn company’s applications – Will provide internal training on the company’s applications.
Company uses the following applications: PDF Doc (very similar to Adobe Reader), Aderant Expert. Uses I Manage for their Document Management system.
Will answer internal application questions but also know some IT as well – Provide training on Word documents & merge documents – Provide phone support and 1 on 1 support when needed – May go to a lawyer’s office and provide training when needed – May provide remote training when needed Skills: – Office 365 – VMWare (company uses VMWare Desktop / VMWare View) – Active Directory – Understanding of Networks – Good speaking skills Hours: – Monday – Friday from 8:30am to 5pm (1 hour paid lunch)
